Georgia's Quick Start Program is nationally recognized as providing world-class training for new and expanding industries and businesses around the state. Quick Start training is comprehensive and customized to meet each company's specific need. To develop a training prescription, the company's business goals, processes, jobs and desired work culture are analyzed by training and organizational development specialists. They determine performance requirements and appropriate
training. The prescription is documented in a training plan and
includes training for specific job tasks and related core skills,
appropriate technology training, and workshops to support leadership and work culture development.
